My Background

I have been treating individuals, children, and families for over fifteen years. I have been trained in various treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am a trauma-informed therapist and have received extensive training in trauma treatment approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Breathwork. I have also been trained in emotional-focused therapy and have experience supporting those struggling in their marital relationship. I specialize in working with teens and young adults who need support with identity development, career coaching, and the dating process.
